This notice describes how konnos approaches the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It should be read together with our full Privacy Policy.
Data controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is flndrn, operated from Flanders, Belgium, with registered business address at Arch. Legal bases
Under Article 6 of the GDPR, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (running the service you signed up for); our legitimate interests (keeping the platform secure and reliable, preventing abuse); compliance with our legal obligations; and your consent where it applies.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Data residency in the EU
konnos is hosted in the EU on Hostinger infrastructure (Frankfurt / France region). Where a subprocessor is outside the EU, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) plus supplementary measures. See our subprocessors page for the full list and their locations.
Subprocessors
We use a limited number of third-party providers to operate the service, each engaged under a data-processing agreement. The full list is on our subprocessors page.
Making a request
To exercise any of your rights, please submit a request through our contact form. We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
